Okay, let me show you. For example, this is one of the reports, right? If you want to print this report, just execute it first. Choose list, print and choose the printer name. I got only one printer installed. In your company, you may have a lot of printers installed, so just choose which printer you want to print the output to. I’m going to choose this, then I’m going to click ok. Just click ok.
You see this message here, pull request, send to server printer LP01, this means that you have to go here, SP01. Remember this T-code, SP01, and clear this port request number, so that you will pick up all the spools. Execute. See this, the last one executed is there. You can view the report here by clicking this icon. This is how the report is going to look like.
Okay. If you want to print, once again, go back. If you click here, you can see the report layout, how it’s going to be printed then I can print this. Then it’ll be printed.
Here, you need to enter your user ID so that you can see all the print jobs which are created by you.
This screen will list you all the print jobs that are created by you. Earlier, I created two. Just now in this video, I created one, which is this. Okay. As simple as that.
Now, let me see if there is anything else I need to teach you on this. That’s about it.
