G/L Account Transaction Figures

The next one you’re going to see is the transaction figures of G/L accounts.

Let me show which account can be used for that. Di you see this? Under accounting, financial accounting, general ledger account, line Items (new). Just go there and put in the G/L account for which you want to see the line items, and run it. I change the company code to Sun, and you can see choose this option. Choose all items. There are no transactions, I think. Let’s clear the G/L accounts, so that it selects all the G/L accounts.

 

 

Alright. See this, see the line 8, transaction figures for this G/L account, these are the transactions. These are the postings. You can see the document number, the amount, and the date as well. This is the report you have to use to see the postings, the individual G/L account. That’s about it.
