Okay, we need this report to list all the customer master data that we have created. So, let us see where we can access this report. It is here, under accounting, for account receivable, information systems, reports, master data, customer list. Execute it, enter company code. I want to select all the customer. Leave the customer account number empty. Execute. Save it.

 

 

We have two customers, right? 5001, 5002. These are the sections within customer.

 

 

Let me just show you. Go to the customer mass data over here. Let’s wait until it’s loaded.

 

 

Okay. Let me go here. I’m going to enter Sun. Let’s select this customer, 5001.

 

 

Let me just show you now. Since the customer belongs to account group, TCUS. Remember when we created the customer here, when we created this customer, we selected three customer, right? Trade customer, the key for trade customer is TCUS. Okay. So that’s why it’s shown here. It is TCUS.

 

 

Let me just show you here. TCUS. Do you see, TCUS?

 

 

TCUS. Trade customer. When we created this customer, we use the account group TCUS, that’s why it’s shown here as TCUS. Okay. These check boxes here refers to the respective sections in customer master. For example, just load the customer master data. See, it refers to like address in the account. This refers to address. Account control on status refers to this one, control data, account control. Interest calculation should come somewhere here.

 

Interest calculation refers to this. If you want to display the respective sections within the customer mass data, you have to select this. Let us select this one, for example, to see what we get. See, the address and telecommunication section is shown, and then, account control and status section is shown. These are the fields that are found under account control and status.

 

Let me just prove it to you over here. Account control. This vendor under the account control refers to this. This is trading partner. So that’s how you check the details of the customer master data, Okay, that’s about it.
